01 / ABOUT THE PLACE

About this place

A progression from seared Kuroge Wagyu sushi to seasonal sautéed seafood and aged A5 Wagyu steak defines the dining experience at URAROJI. Tucked on the 2th floor of a building set back from the main avenue, the dining room combines counter and table seating in an intimate setting, allowing guests to watch teppan dishes prepared carefully over the heat.

Evenings revolve around a variety of multi-course menus tailored to different tastes and occasions. Selections range from the accessible Casual Course to feasts featuring whole sautéed Japanese spiny lobster, along with the flagship URAROJI Course incorporating live homard lobster and aged beef tongue. The Takumi Course offers a choice among seafood sides, such as live abalone, oysters, or sautéed scallops. For special occasions, the Anniversary Course includes a custom dessert plate prepared with personalized design requests.

Lunch menus are also available, centering on prime A5 Wagyu steaks or 100% Wagyu hamburg steaks. Guests can upgrade the main meat cut to sirloin, fillet, or chateaubriand, and swap the closing rice for fragrant garlic rice.

The beverage list includes Yebisu draft beer, Sapporo Lager medium bottles, sparkling wine and still wines by the glass, whiskies such as Hakushu and The Macallan, as well as sours and cocktails. Because seating is limited, reserving in advance is the most reliable way to secure a table.
